point for Europe Air Sports in its effort to exclude Sport and
Recreational Aviation from Air Navigation Charges.

Air Sports is proud to announce that after months and years of
commenting the various versions of the draft regulation on the matter,
its efforts are rewarded.Commission Regulation EC n° 1794/2006 of 6 December 2006 in its article 9, exempts all flights in all member states with aircraft below a MTOM of 2000 kg of any enroute charges. This regulation is in its entirety binding all Member states. We can be a little bit proud of our organization.
