New rule for Continuing Airworthiness

EU publishes the amendments to the rules about continuing airworthiness. This will affect several operations within Belgium Air Sports. Take a close look at its implications for you and your sport.
Dear members
Dear Board Members
Regulation (EU) No 2015/1536 was published a few hours ago. It amends (EU) No 1321/2014 and represents a major change to Continuing Airworthiness, to the Implementing Rule, to Part-M and to Part-145. It contains some new definitions, e.g. one on commercial air transport, introductionary flights and others. Many changes to Part-M need to be evaluated by us, this we will do during the next weeks.
The good thing is that it will be in force 20 days after publication but will be applied from 25. August 2016.
